近日香港天文台被指懸掛暴雨訊息混亂，又黃又紅、又紅又黃，having said that，我們也需明白熱帶氣旋的走勢變化莫測、難以捉摸，難免會出現如此情況。

”Having said that” 與 “nevertheless” “in spite of that” 同義，都是「話雖如此」、「儘管如此」，常用於口語對話中，實用性極高，不信可看看下面幾個例子：

例1:
Peter: I’m broke this week and I can’t pay my phone bill, but having said that, I think we should watch this movie.

例 2:
Son: Happy birthday mom! You are the queen today so you are not supposed to do any chores.
Mom: Thank you my dear!
